Services Include Assisting With:
- Initial service: assessment report
- In home support
- Personal Care (e.g., grooming, bathing, dressing, eating)
- Daily Activities (e.g., Indoor Activity-meal prepping, laundry. Outdoor Activity light exercise, shopping, etc.)
- Housekeeping
- Health related services (e.g., using the phone, assisting with appointments and refill prescriptions, daily reminder of schedule and medications)
- Provide updates to client's family
Transportation:
Adult and senior transportation to (i.e., doctor appointments and social and recreational settings)
